HCG Diet Phase 2: Cinnamon Apples

I'm not quite sure where I discovered this recipe, but I absolutely love it. I could not have made it through Phase 2 without this! It definitely satisfies a sweet tooth.

Ingredients:
     Green Apple
     Packet of Stevia
     Cinnamon

Directions:
  1. Cut apple in half.
  2. Rinse with water.
  3. Place apple halves in microwaveable bowl.
  4. Pour the packet of stevia over both halves.
  5. Sprinkle Cinnamon (I typically use a little less than a tablespoon) over both halves.
  6. Microwave for about 1 minute and 30 seconds.
  7. Let cool for 5 or so minutes.
  8. Enjoy!
