Ingredients:
4 oz low-fat cream cheese, softened
4 eggs
4 tsp Stevia
Dash of cinnamon
Sugar-Free Syrup
Directions:
- Blend cream cheese, eggs, stevia, and cinnamon in a blender or whisk (batter will be thin).
- Pour onto heated griddle that is sprayed with non-stick spray (I recommend Coconut Oil Non-Stick Spray) in small amounts like you would do with normal pancakes.
- Flip pancake once batter starts to bubble.
- Serve with Sugar-Free Syrup and enjoy!
