HCG Diet Phase 3: Cream Cheese Pancakes

Once you make it to Phase 3, anything will taste good, but particularly these cream cheese pancakes.  Note that Cream Cheese is not recommended to be consumed too often, but in moderation it definitely allows you to maintain your weight in this phase.

Ingredients:
4 oz low-fat cream cheese, softened
4 eggs
4 tsp Stevia

Dash of cinnamon
Sugar-Free Syrup
Directions:
  1. Blend cream cheese, eggs, stevia, and cinnamon in a blender or whisk (batter will be thin).
  2. Pour onto heated griddle that is sprayed with non-stick spray (I recommend Coconut Oil Non-Stick Spray) in small amounts like you would do with normal pancakes.
  3. Flip pancake once batter starts to bubble.
  4. Serve with Sugar-Free Syrup and enjoy!
