HCG Diet Phase 3: Cream Cheese Pancakes
Once you make it to Phase 3, anything will taste good, but particularly these cream cheese pancakes. Note that Cream Cheese is not recommended to be consumed too often, but in moderation it definitely allows you to maintain your weight in this phase.
Ingredients:
4 oz low-fat cream cheese, softened
4 eggs
4 tsp Stevia
Dash of cinnamon
Sugar-Free Syrup

Sugar-Free Syrup
Directions:
- Blend cream cheese, eggs, stevia, and cinnamon in a blender or whisk (batter will be thin).
- Pour onto heated griddle that is sprayed with non-stick spray (I recommend Coconut Oil Non-Stick Spray) in small amounts like you would do with normal pancakes.
- Flip pancake once batter starts to bubble.
- Serve with Sugar-Free Syrup and enjoy!

HCG Diet Phase 2: Cocoa Strawberries
The closest thing to chocolate covered Strawberries during the HCG diet Phase Two. Most people don't realize that unsweetened Cocoa powder is allowed during Phase Two, but in my diet manuscript (HCG Weight Loss Cure Guide) it is!
Ingredients:
6-8 medium/large strawberries
Packet of Stevia
1-2 tablespoons of Cocoa Powder (unsweetened)

- Pour Cocoa Powder into small bowl.
- Mix with Stevia (and a little bit of water if you'd like).
- Rinse Strawberries with water.
- Dip into Cocoa/Stevia mixture.

HCG Diet Phase 2: Cinnamon Apples
I'm not quite sure where I discovered this recipe, but I absolutely love it. I could not have made it through Phase 2 without this! It definitely satisfies a sweet tooth.
Ingredients:
Green Apple

Directions:
- Cut apple in half.
- Rinse with water.
- Place apple halves in microwaveable bowl.
- Pour the packet of stevia over both halves.
- Sprinkle Cinnamon (I typically use a little less than a tablespoon) over both halves.
- Microwave for about 1 minute and 30 seconds.
- Let cool for 5 or so minutes.
- Enjoy!

HCG Diet Phase 2: Ground Beef Lettuce Wraps

Brown ground beef.
Add onion, garlic, and spices and a little water and simmer gently for 5-10 minutes.
Add salt to taste.
Serve taco style in butter lettuce or romaine leaf mock tortillas or with a side of tomatoes or salsa.
